FLUFFERNUTTER MUG CAKE

Long Saturday, and its not yet over. I was browsing some easy to make recipes and found the famous mug recipes and with just a microwave and several minutes you have your snack. So today’s dessert is the CHOCOLATE FLUFFERNUTTER MUG CAKE. Your kids will enjoy it and you’d love it too. Instead of using Nutella, there is peanut butter and marshmallow fluff instead of whipped cream thus the name.

Total time: 5 minutes

Prep time: 2 minutes

Cooking time: 3 minutes

Serves 1

How to serve: Warm or Chilled

INGREDIENTS

4 tablespoons white sugar

4 tablespoons self-rising flour

3 tablespoons cocoa powder

3 tablespoons melted butter

3 tablespoons peanut butter

3 tablespoons milk

1 egg

Marshmallow fluff for topping

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients into a LARGE MUG (microwave safe of course).

Mix well with a fork. Microwave on high for 1 ½ to 3 minutes. (This will vary depending on your microwave wattage)

If you want to know if it’s done, check with a toothpick. The cake is supposed to be ooey and gooey, just not too runny.

Top with a heaping tablespoon of marshmallow fluff.

TIP: You can grease the cup and after have it on a plate and fork
